REAP offers methadone and suboxone medication to support individuals who struggle with opioid use disorder.

Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)

Center Point DAAC offers Methadone and Suboxone Services

Both medications are designed for individuals looking to eliminate withdrawal symptoms they experience when attempting to get off illicit opioids or prescription opioid medications (ie- heroin, oxycodone, norco and Fentanyl).

Methadone and Suboxone are safe alternative to high risk behavior associated with opioid use. Along with professional counseling and proper medical care, MAT services can significantly benefit individuals, reducing new criminal behaviors, improving family relationships and reducing or eliminating opioid use.

Outpatient Methadone Detox (OMD)

21-day or 6 month short term treatment with methadone.

Outpatient Methadone Maintenance (OMM)

Long-term treatment program for people looking for more stabilization and/or longer period of time on MAT service. Our methadone maintenance program is designed to assist people gain stability, addressing key issues caused by or made worse by their use of opioids and gain long-term support through individual and group counseling.

Suboxone Services

This is offered as a maintenance program. Participants attend individual and group counseling weekly. Medication is given to each participant in the form of a prescription to fill at any pharmacy.

During the detoxification process, every effort is made to engage clients in longer-term treatment to promote recovery from addiction.

Program operates 7 days week:
Monday – Friday 6 am – 2:30 pm
Saturday – Sunday 7 am – 2:30 pm
