You Can Help!
Get Involved & Make A Difference!
We all know how good it feels to support something we believe in -- whether through donations of money, goods, services or our time.
The Drug Abuse Alternatives Center is a non-profit organization relying heavily on support from the community. It's never been more critical for YOU to get involved, in whatever capacity you can .
All contributions of goods and services are tax deductible. We will provide you with a written letter of acknowledgement upon receipt of your gift. Click here to read about tax tips!

These vendors include Safeway, Macys, Whole Foods Market, Food 4 Less, Petaluma Market, Olivers Market, Big John's Market, Round Table Pizza, Mary's Pizza Shack, Carl's Junior, Office Max, Payless Shoe Source, The Sharper Image, Eddie Bauer and Big 5! You can register online at www.escrip.com (Group Name: Drug Abuse Alternatives Center, Group ID #140965215)
Employer Matching Programs!
Employers often have a Matching Program in which they match an employee's donation to an agency. To double the impact of your gift, be sure to ask your Human Resources Department about matching opportunities within your place of business!
United Way!
If your employer is part of the United Way Annual Campaign, elect to have your donation come to DAAC!
Volunteer!
DAAC has many volunteer opportunities to accommodate your talents and interests. We often have cleaning, landscaping, maintenance and painting projects at treatment sites. Office help is always appreciated and offers a chance to work on fundraising appeals, event planning or special projects. We offer volunteer outreach work in the SHARP Needle Exchange Program for those wanting to work in the community. Simply send us an email letting us know how you'd like to help so that we can contact you with opportunities.
Annual Giving Campaigns!
If you are a local employer, please consider the Drug Abuse Alternatives Center for your next Annual Employee Giving Campaign. We would be happy to create an informative and interesting presentation for your employees per your guidelines. Recent DAAC Giving Campaigns have included the Church of Religious Sciences in Santa Rosa and Bibbero Systems in Petaluma. Please contact Susan Anderson at (707) 571-2233 x 311 for more details.
