Alcohol Rehabilitation & Chemical Dependency Programs and Services for Pregnant and
Parenting Women
DAAC offers intensive outpatient programs, described
below, for women who are pregnant and/or parenting
and have alcohol and/or other drug or chemical dependency problems . Health
services, including HIV and Hepatitis C education,
testing, and counseling, are available to all
clients. Additionally, our staff can guide family
and friends of an individual with alcohol and/or
other drug and chemical dependency problems through a structured and facilitated
intervention process. For information on interventions,

Perinatal
Day Treatment Program
The Perinatal Day Treatment program provides
intensive counseling for pregnant and/or parenting
women with alcohol and other drug and chemical dependency problems.
It is a safe and nurturing environment in
which a woman's recovery can take place. Transportation
is provided to and from day treatment. Structured,
nurturing child care, a hot lunch for the
children and snacks for the mothers are provided
daily. Comprehensive services include parenting
classes, nutritional education, life skills,
alcohol and other drug abuse counseling and
developmental screenings for client's children.

Transitional Living Center (TLC) (707)
995-3235
The Transitional Living Center is a sober living
house in Lake County. TLC provides women and children
with room and board in a safe, structured and
alcohol/drug-free home. Clients must participate
in the Lake County Perinatal Day Treatment Program
while at the TLC, and may stay for up to nine
months.
